Joe is the co-founder and Chairman of Ethereal Ventures. He is a co-founder of Ethereum and founder and CEO of ConsenSys.

Min is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Ethereal Ventures. She led venture investments for ConsenSys, built a payments startup in the UK and started her career in private equity and credit. She lives between Singapore and London and also speaks Mandarin, and Spanish.

Praneeth is a Technical Investment Partner on the founding team on Ethereal Ventures. Previously, he did venture investing at Consensys and started his career with product & engineering roles at Microsoft and Oracle. He has a bachelors in CS from IIT Bombay. He spends time between Berlin and India and speaks six languages.

Poh Kuan is the CFO of Ethereal Ventures. Previously, Poh Kuan held similar senior positions in various asset managers in Singapore and New York. He started his career in 1996 with Ernst & Young specializing in the alternative investment industry.

Federico is a NY licensed transactional attorney with experience in public equity-linked derivatives transactions, start-up representation and other general securities and corporate work. Since 2017, he has been closely involved with all of ConsenSys Mesh's investment, incubation and acceleration activities. As of 2023, he serves as COO & GC at Mesh.

Eeshaan is an Investment Partner at Ethereal Ventures. Previously, he was at Citadel where he was responsible for a long/short portfolio and prior to that he was in M&A at JPMorgan. He lives in London and is also fluent in Thai.

Robert is Head of Research at Ethereal Ventures, leads R&D at Consensys Mesh, and is Director of Connext Foundation. He lives in Silicon Valley, where he founded Pluribus Networks, whose software-defined networking runs Ericsson's 5G cloud core, and led R&D labs at Oracle and Sun Microsystems.

Gonçalo is a Technical Partner at Ethereal Ventures and co-founder of ConsenSys Diligence. He previously co-founded three startups in BioTech, AdTech, and Mobile. Gonçalo lives between Barcelona and Porto, and also speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Mike is a Venture Partner at Ethereal Ventures, and the CEO of ConsenSys Mesh. He participates in many leading DAOs and serves as a board member on various crypto companies such as Candy and ConsenSys Software. Previously, he was COO of Mashable and other leading digital media companies. He lives in NYC.

Thomas is a Venture Partner at Ethereal Ventures, and the Head of Cryptoeconomics at ConsenSys Mesh. Previously, he founded a coworking startup and led economic development initiatives in post-Katrina New Orleans. He has a degree in Applied Economics and is based in NYC.

Claire is the Executive Assistant of Ethereal Ventures, based in London but originally from New Zealand. With a background in operations and communications, she has a proven track record of streamlining processes and supporting senior leaders.
